Tracks include Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED, L&D, OR, NICU, Pediatrics, Mother/Baby, and Behavioral Health. On the floors you might land a 29-bed Medical Surgical Neuroscience unit (7 Tower) for strokes, epilepsy, and neurosurgery on a 7am–7:30pm, 36-hour week pattern, Medical Unit III, or an ED that cares for trauma, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, and oncology. System residency postings commonly list base pay around $48.29–$49.53 an hour, with other new-grad and RN ranges posted somewhat lower or higher depending on site and role. Benefits language includes health eligibility within 30 days, PTO, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and related coverage. The hospital is union. In 2023 nurses struck for months over staffing and contract terms before members approved a contract that included staffing-standard gains.
