The work sits in long-term and skilled nursing: as an RN you mentor and monitor TMAs and CNAs and work with the Nurse Manager on day-to-day functions; as a CNA you handle ADLs under RN or LPN supervision. Evening full-time RN schedules run 2:45–10:15 p.m. at 32 hours a week, posted at $35–$41/hr with a $4 evening differential. On-call RN posts add a $1 weekend differential, time-and-a-half on holidays worked, and a minimum of two weekend shifts a month.
