You’re not short on nurses. You’re late to them.

The nurses who fill your units in two years are studying for their boards tonight. We have been sitting with them the whole time.

Four things, and what each one promises the nurse.

  1. 01 · The reverse board

    Handraise

The nurses who already raised their hand. You apply to them.

    • Every nurse here opted in. Not scraped, not bought, not a résumé that leaked out of an ATS.
    • They set their own terms first — specialty, shift, region, what they'll accept — and they are waiting to see who meets them.
    • Your ask carries the pay band, the shift, the unit. A hospital that won't state what it pays can't send one.

What the nurse is promised: A nurse here is invisible until they say yes — never their name, their face, their city, or where they work now. A no tells you nothing at all.

  2. 02 · Featured employer

    Marquee

Be the hospital they already know the name of.

    • Your mark sits on the surfaces they use in the months before a résumé exists — not the job search they run in a panic at the end.
    • Regional exclusivity by specialty. The hospital down the street cannot buy the same slot.
    • They arrive at your posting already knowing who you are.

What the nurse is promised: Sponsored placement is labelled sponsored, every time, and it never changes which roles a nurse is shown or the order they come in.

  3. 03 · Sponsor a student

    The Twenty

$20 buys a nursing student their NCLEX prep. It buys you twenty minutes, years early.

    • You are buying the relationship before the auction starts. Nobody else in this market has a product that exists before licensure.
    • They agree to the conversation up front, at redemption — so it is a booked twenty minutes, not a lead.
    • It is a retention line, not a recruiting one. A nurse who chose your unit before they were licensed does not leave in month nine.

What the nurse is promised: The course is theirs whether or not the conversation happens, and they can decline any one hospital without losing it.

  4. 04 · Your story, told properly

    The Walkthrough

Your hospital, told the way you'd tell it on the floor.

    • Built from facts, not adjectives: units, shift patterns, orientation length, who precepts, what it pays.
    • It lives where they already are — inside the app they open to study, linked from every role and every ask.
    • It is what they read before they decide whether to answer you.

What the nurse is promised: Every fact is sourced and dated, and anything a hospital won't state reads as not stated — never quietly dropped.

This is what the wait is already costing you.

$294,976

what a single percentage point of RN turnover costs you every year

NSI 2026 National Health Care Retention & RN Staffing Report
  1. Empty RN lines you are carrying right now~43
  2. Days each one stays open, on average78
  3. What building your page with us costs$0
  4. What you owe before a nurse says yes$0

Move your RN turnover by six one-hundredths of a percentage point and this has paid for itself.

Building your page costs nothing. On the featured tiers you pay nothing until a nurse we sent you is hired. On Handraise you pay when they say yes — never for the attempt.

The 43 figure applies the national 8.6% RN vacancy rate to an average-sized hospital nursing org, and 78 days is the national mean time-to-fill (NSI 2026). Both are extrapolations, not claims about your hospital — we would rather look at your real numbers with you.

You don't pay us to try. You pay us when it works.

Building your employer page is part of the pitch, not an invoice.

Reach

$5,000

A preview of what this looks like — not on sale yet. Tell us which one you'd want and we'll scope it with you.

Book a call
  • Pick one: an audience campaign or a sponsored story

  • A results recap: what ran, what nurses did with it
  • Scoped with you before anything runs

Featured Employer

$10,000/mo

  • Featured placement in job search and the employer directory, visibly labeled
  • No competing hospitals shown on your page
  • Newsletter feature, a social post, and a nurse story

  • Billing starts when your third Nursing Mastery hire starts

The Twenty

$20 a student

Twenty dollars buys a nursing student their NCLEX Mastery course. It buys you twenty minutes of their time, years before anyone else is allowed to ask.

Sponsor students
  • $20 covers one student's full NCLEX Mastery access — the app we build, not a voucher for someone else's
  • They agree to one 20-minute conversation with your team when they're ready
  • They agree before they redeem, so you are buying a conversation, not a chance at one
  • You meet them while they are studying, months before they are on any job board
  • Buy in blocks; pitch slots stay capped, because nurse trust is the product
  • The course is theirs whether or not the conversation happens
  • They always know who sponsored them and why
  • They can decline any one hospital and keep the course

Handraise introductions

You pay when a nurse says yes. A no costs you nothing.

Charged on top of your tier, only when a nurse accepts your ask. Not per contact, not per credit, not per lead — every other platform in this category bills you for attempts.

$250per accepted introduction

Questions hospitals ask first.

What does it cost?
Reach packages are $5,000, paid upfront, no guarantees. Featured Employer is $10,000/month — billing starts when your first Nursing Mastery hire starts, cancel anytime. The first 10 hospitals can join as founding members: $10,000/year instead of $10,000/month, same deal otherwise — nothing until your first hire. Flagship Partner is $25,000/month — billed from your third hire. Handraise introductions are $250 each, charged only when a nurse accepts. Student sponsorships are $20 a student, bought in blocks.
Why would a nurse agree to be on Handraise?
Because they stay anonymous until they decide otherwise. Hospitals see the specialty, the state, the experience band, the license status and when they're available — never their name, their face, their city, or where they work now. A nurse on this board has a job and a manager; they will only look around in a room where nobody can watch them do it. When they accept your ask, exactly one hospital gets their name and how to reach them. A decline tells you nothing at all.
What do I actually get for $20?
A named nursing student, their school and graduation date, their stated specialty and where they want to work — and a twenty-minute conversation they agreed to before they redeemed the course. Not a lead. A booked conversation, with someone who is years from the license you already can't fill.
What if we never hire anyone?
On Featured and Flagship, you pay nothing. That's the deal — we do the work up front because we believe presentation wins hires. Contingency recruiting fees are commonly set at 15–25% of a hire's first-year salary; our featured tiers start billing only after the agreed hire milestone.
What counts as a hire?
A nurse who applied through Nursing Mastery, accepted your offer, and started. We confirm each one with you before any billing starts.

The whole workflow, stage by stage — Handraise, the nurse journey, who does what, and every signal behind a match.

Bring us one hard-to-fill role.

We’ll show you what nurses see today, what the story is missing, and how the handoff could work with your team. Building the page costs you nothing.
