About this role

*Registered Nurse (RN) -- Multiple Units | Southwest Florida* *Strong, Stable Hospital System | Award-Winning Culture | Full Relocation Package* *A Hospital Worth Relocating For* Not every hospital is built the same. This system has earned a reputation across Southwest Florida for something that's harder to fake than a sign-on bonus: consistently high employee satisfaction. Nurses here don't just stay -- they refer their colleagues, their former classmates, and their friends. That kind of loyalty doesn't happen by accident. It's the result of leadership that listens, staffing ratios that are taken seriously, and a culture where clinical staff feel respected and supported from day one. If you've been in a unit where morale is low, turnover is constant, and management feels distant -- this is a different experience. Stability isn't a talking point here. It's the track record. *Where You'll Work* We are placing RNs across multiple acute care units at a well-established hospital system in Southwest Florida. Whether your background is highly specialized or broadly skilled, there is likely a unit that fits: * Progressive Care Unit (PCU) * Medical/Surgical * OR / Surgical Services * Endoscopy * Radiology * Neuro/Stroke * ICU * Emergency Department (ED) * Oncology *Compensation -- Transparent From the Start* Base pay is determined by years of RN experience and unit placement, with a general range of $32 to $55 per hour. • Shift differentials add meaningfully to that number: * Nights: +$6/hr * Evenings (3:00 PM start): +$3/hr * Differential applies to any portion of a shift extending more than 4 hours into the qualifying window This system doesn't play games with compensation. What you're quoted is what you get. *Relocation and Housing -- Paid Upfront, No Waiting* Every nurse hired through this search receives a full relocation package with no reimbursement model and no delayed payouts: * $7,000 relocation stipend, paid as a bonus in your first paycheck * 3 months of housing assistance at $1,800 per month That's up to $12,400 in relocation support to get you settled before you're expected to feel settled. The goal is to remove the financial risk of making a major move so you can focus on the transition itself. *Why Southwest Florida* No state income tax. Year-round sunshine. A cost of living that stretches a nursing salary further than most northern or coastal markets. The lifestyle that draws people to Florida on vacation is the same one nurses here get to live year-round. If you've been thinking about the move, this package is designed to take the uncertainty out of it. *What a Stable System Looks Like in Practice* High employee satisfaction scores don't come from ping-pong tables. They come from things nurses actually care about: consistent scheduling, responsive HR, strong benefits, leadership that follows through, and a unit culture where the team shows up for each other. This system invests in all of it -- and it shows in how long people stay. *Requirements* * Active RN license (Florida license or Nursing Licensure Compact state) * 2+ years of acute care experience preferred * BLS required; unit-specific certifications (ACLS, CCRN, etc.) may be required depending on unit Ready to learn more? Reach out directly and we'll walk you through the specific units available, the compensation for your experience level, and everything included in the relocation package. No pressure -- just a straight conversation. Pay: $34.00 - $55.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Relocation assistance * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
