Location: Yelm, WA

Pay: $41.54 – $61.42 per hour (based on license and experience) Opportunities to become full-time. Great benefits, PTO, 401K and more when full-time!

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide ventilator and tracheostomy care for an ALS client in Yelm. This is a part-time role with consistent hours, ideal for nurses who enjoy one-on-one care in a supportive home environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver safe and skilled ventilator and tracheostomy care in the client’s home
  • Monitor and document the client’s condition, reporting changes promptly
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Communicate and coordinate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care
  • Provide comfort, education, and support to the client and their family

What You’ll Need

  • Active RN in Washington State (required)
  • Vent and trach experience (required)
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Dependable and compassionate with excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation to the client’s home in Yelm
