Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide ventilator and tracheostomy care for an ALS client in Yelm. This is a part-time role with consistent hours, ideal for nurses who enjoy one-on-one care in a supportive home environment.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe and skilled ventilator and tracheostomy care in the client’s home
- Monitor and document the client’s condition, reporting changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Communicate and coordinate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care
- Provide comfort, education, and support to the client and their family
What You’ll Need
- Active RN in Washington State (required)
- Vent and trach experience (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Dependable and compassionate with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to the client’s home in Yelm
