About this role

City Hydration is a premier IV and wellness lounge, located in Philadelphia and Wayne, PA that provides high-quality, patient-centered care. We seek skilled and outgoing Registered Nurses with exceptional IV placement abilities and adult critical care experience to join our concierge team, traveling to clients at their homes, hotels, and businesses. This position offers an excellent opportunity for nurses passionate about wellness to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while working in a flexible, supportive environment.

Duties

  • Perform expert IV placements quickly and efficiently to ensure patient comfort.
  • Administer IV infusions and IM injections while monitoring patient response.
  • Educate patients on treatments, ensuring a positive and informed experience.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Maintain detailed medical documentation within our electronic documentation system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Checking clients in, obtaining medical history and ensuring completion of required intake documentation, and checking clients out while taking payment on our point-of-sale (POS) system.

  • Current RN license in PA & NJ required.
  • Minimum 3 years of adult critical care experience required (ICU, ER, or similar).
  • Active BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
  • Access to a vehicle for travel around Philadelphia, Wayne, Cherry Hill and surrounding areas.
  • 2 professional references.
  • Exceptional IV insertion skills and vascular access proficiency.
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
