- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (RVT) Registered Vascular Technician, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
