Physican led cardiology practice seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a primarily inpatient role with ICU exposure and close physician support.
Role includes:
• Inpatient rounding (ICU and floor)
• Patient phone call follow-ups
• ASC patient care/support
• Minimal outpatient clinic duties
Call & Schedule
• Hospital call primarily handled by physician
• Weekend call: once per month, rotated among three NPs
• No independent ICU / floor coverage
Compensation
• Base salary $130,000–$140,000 (based on experience)
• Realistic total compensation $150,000–$160,000
• Benefits and loan assistance available
Ideal for an NP / PA who enjoys hospital medicine, continuity of care, and a team-based cardiology environment without heavy outpatient volume.
