Sun Harbor is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality resident-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in compliance with facility policies

Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status, reporting changes promptly

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans

Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation

Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families

Qualifications

Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida

Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based setting

Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
