Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON

Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations of the nursing department

Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

Lead and mentor the nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care and support their professional development

Collaborate with other department leaders to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives

Participate in hospital-wide committees and task forces to advance the organization's goals and objectives

Provide education and training to staff members on policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements

Current RN license in the state of [STATE]
