Description Position at Horizon Health and Subacute Center Horizon Health and Subacute Center, Fresno CA Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) $32- $36 AM shift and PM shift, fulltime Horizon Health and Subacute Center, a Generations Healthcare facility, has opportunities for Licensed Vocational Nurses. Our 180 bed skilled nursing facility specializes in short term rehab & long term care. We welcome you to join our team of caring professionals providing compassionate service to our residents!
