Middletown sits midway between Cincinnati and Dayton along the Great Miami River, offering a small-town feel with easy access to two major metro areas. Its industrial roots and historic downtown give the city a blue-collar, community-oriented character that appeals to nurses seeking affordability and a slower pace within commuting distance of big-city hospitals.
