Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments
  • Review patient histories and diagnostic information
  • Develop individualized anesthesia plans
  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
  • Perform regional blocks when clinically appropriate
  • Monitor patients throughout surgical and procedural cases
  • Support postoperative recovery and pain management
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and procedural teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Follow applicable quality and patient-safety standards

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program
  • Current NBCRNA certification
  • Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Experience performing regional blocks
  • Strong independent-practice and clinical decision-making skills

Compensation

  • Annual earning range: approximately $280,000–$350,000
  • $8,000 sign-on bonus with a 12-month commitment
