Qualifications
At least 1 year of full-time experience as an LPN
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
2 Step TB. This would be getting the TB test and a read 48-72 hours later and then another TB test within three weeks of the first one with a read 48-72 hours later. This is an intradermal test. OR QuantiFERON TB Gold OR T-spot blood test
