Essential Functions

Delivery of Patient Care - Assumes responsibility for the coordination and delivery of patient/caregiver care. Conducts nursing assessments to assist in the overall management of patient/caregiver needs. When appropriate, develops, implements, evaluates, and updates the plan of care to ensure that care is uninterrupted and that goals are achieved. Facilitates patient and caregiver independence to the extent possible.
