Your Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Administrator who will oversee the day to day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations while ensuring compliance. The administrator is responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans to meet clinical, performance and financial goals. We are looking for someone who will stay long-term and bring a measureable impact to our organization.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in long term care or similar experience.
- Excellent communication with a hunger to create, improve, and sustain positive relationships with all healthcare workers or visitors.
Your Responsibilities
- Serves as liaison between governing body and Center personnel.
- Ensures Center compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
- Ensures that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner.
- Ensures that all Standard of Care and service provided is of the highest quality.
- Ensures recruitment and retention of quality, professional, service-oriented personnel.
- Represents the Center’s place in the community at large.
- Participates in the development and implementation of the long-term goals and directions of the company.
