Travel across 15 states while working for the same company guided by the same policies, procedures, and documentation requirements. Work with a tenured home health RN and support team to ensure quality 1:1 time with patients. CommonSpirit Health at Home's travel team provides home health and hospice service lines with experienced, dedicated, fully trained RNs across 15 states, from California to Ohio. RNs use Nestmed, an AI-powered healthcare software platform for home health clinicians that helps reduce charting time. Assignments up to 13 weeks. Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Start Date: ASAP. Work location: Bardstown, Kentucky.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospice setting
Minimum of one year using HCHB/Pointcare EMR Charting
2 years of recent Home Health/Hospice Registered Nurse experience in the last 12 months
1 year of recent Homecare Homebase (Point Care) experience in the last 12 months
Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
In-home healthcare experience
Care documentation experience
