About this role
Receives personalized 1:1 clinical training and hands-on assistance from an RN preceptor.
Provides individualized care consistent with the patient's plan of care under the direction and supervision of an RN.
Reports changes in patient condition to the RN in a timely manner.
Seeks and utilizes feedback from Clinical Leader/RN to identify clinical performance improvement opportunities in their individual work and skills.
