Granite Creek Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN to join our team! We are hiring for: Full Time, Rotating Schedule, NOC Shift - 6pm to 6am. We are a 128-bed skilled nursing facility with a mix of rehabilitation patients and long term care residents.
