What this means for you

The Meadows Psychiatric Center is a specialty hospital, so the case mix runs deep rather than wide. It's an evening shift — the day's work winding down, and the building quieting around you. Eight-hour shifts keep the days human-sized — rarer than it should be, and worth noticing.

Worth asking

The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

  • Can you walk me through the base pay range and differentials?
  • What should I expect for weekly hours, holiday, and call?
  • What preceptor time and ongoing unit support are included?
  • How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
