Job description: Part-Time - Licensed Practical Charge Nurse Pay Range: $25.00–$32.00 per hour (based on experience) Need: The job position consists of working with the elderly (retired Sisters), hands on care, and teamwork is essential. The hours are 3pm-11pm, which consists of 2-3 evenings a week, including, every other weekend, and a rotating Holiday schedule. Number of openings: 1 Mercy Convent, home to the Sisters of Mercy, is seeking compassionate and dependable LPN to join our team. This role provides direct care to the Sisters and oversees caregivers during assigned shifts to ensure high-quality, mission-aligned service. What You’ll Do Provide direct nursing care per care plan and physician orders Supervise and support caregivers during assigned shifts Complete assessments, vitals, documentation, and medication administration Respond promptly to Sisters’ needs and any changes in condition Maintain a safe, clean environment; follow all safety and infection-control protocols Communicate clearly with the DON/RCA, team members, and Sisters Assist with admissions, transfers, incident reporting, and chart updates What We’re Looking For Active LPN license BLS certification Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs and meet general physical demands Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Why Work With Us Meaningful work serving the Sisters of Mercy Supportive, mission-centered environment #Workwolf
