  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to uphold the highest standards of compassionate patient care

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care for adult and geriatric patients with complex cardiovascular conditions Monitor post-operative and critically ill patients, responding swiftly to changes in patient status Administer medications and therapies under physician orders, including management of life-support equipment Maintain vigilant assessment of vital signs and cardiac rhythms Effectively manage a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, ensuring personalized attention and safety Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, participating in patient rounds and care planning Accurately complete documentation and contribute to continuous quality improvement
