The Palace Healthcare and Rehab Center is seeking an RN ADON! Nestled on a scenic wooded property in historic downtown Red Boiling Springs, The Palace Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is proud to be setting the standard for quality care. In this leadership role, you'll partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations, mentor and support staff, promote clinical excellence, and help maintain the high standards that earned our deficiency-free survey. Requirements
- Current TN RN license
- Current TN RN license required
- Min. 2 yrs. exp. in Long-Term Care settings
- 2 years of management experience preferred
- 1 year of staff education experience preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills required
