We are currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an onsite opportunity in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a local LPN interested in working in a professional healthcare environment and providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care within the LPN scope of practice

Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the appropriate clinical staff

Obtain and document vital signs and other patient information

Administer medications and treatments as authorized

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Follow infection-control, safety, and facility procedures

Communicate effectively with patients, families, nurses, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team

Assist with additional patient-care responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Current and active Arizona LPN license or applicable privilege to practice in Arizona

Must currently reside in the Phoenix, AZ area

Current location must be clearly listed on resume

Must be available to attend an in-person interview

Must be able to start within approximately 2 weeks of receiving an offer

Strong communication and patient-care skills

Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

Must successfully complete all required onboarding and compliance requirements
