About this role

Infusion Nurse II with a Cardiopulmonary focus. As an Infusion Nurse II, you will bring advanced nursing expertise directly to patients living with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) and other rare and chronic diseases. This role offers autonomy, purpose, and the chance to build deep patient relationships while delivering life-sustaining specialty therapies in the home and clinical settings.

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Florida
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including intensive care or pulmonary/cardiac specialty care
  • Experience caring for PAH or Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension (CTEPH) patients
  • Strong infusion therapy skills, including excellent IV insertion skills
  • Patient education experience
  • BLS certification
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to patient locations
  • Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset
