*Job Overview*
We are seeking experienced *Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)* with *psychiatric/inpatient behavioral health experience* to support patients in a structured clinical environment.
*Key Responsibilities – CNA*
- Assist mentally impaired or emotionally disturbed patients under nursing/medical supervision
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Lead patients in educational and recreational activities
- Escort patients to examinations and treatments
- Safely manage and restrain aggressive or violent patients when required
- Observe patients for injuries or medical concerns and report findings to nursing staff
- Remind patients about medications and nutritional supplements
- Document patient behavior, symptoms, and concerns accurately
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and required training
*Required Qualifications*
- Active CNA certification/license
- *Psychiatric or inpatient behavioral health experience.*
Pay: $25.21 - $30.36 per hour Work Location: In person
