Registered Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, person-centered nursing care to our residents during the day shift.
• Ensure full compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
• Collaborate warmly with physicians, residents, and their families to maintain optimal health plans.
• Oversee and support certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to maintain high care standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• A genuine passion for working with seniors in a mission-driven, collaborative environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
