Role: Clinic Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient care by performing patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care plans, and supporting providers during exams and procedures.

Duties

Conduct patient education, triage via phone and in-person, document accurately in the EHR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, uphold infection control and safety standards, participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives, and mentor support staff.
