What will I be doing?
Complete patient visits as needed under the direction of the RN Case Manager. Participates in the implementation and oversight of nursing and home health aide services. Nursing skills may include phlebotomy, wound care, catheter care, medication management and patient education.
What skills do I need to bring?
Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR course for healthcare providers through American Heart Association or Red Cross renewed at recommended frequencies Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs Must be fluent in the English language Valid U. S. driver’s license with minimal moving violations and access to a reliable personal vehicle
