About this role
Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU (Critical Care) – St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. Full time Nights, 7:00 pm - 7:30 am. The ICU (Critical Care) Registered Nurse (RN) position is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients by utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status, determining the priority of the patient's problems and needs, implementing clinical nursing interventions to acute, critical patients that require intensive medical care, developing and performing patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.

Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred, not required)
- BLS Basic Life Support (must obtain prior to direct patient care)
- ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support (required within 6 months of hire)
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (preferred, required for Pediatric Units)
- 1 year of RN experience (required)
- 6 months RN experience in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department Unit (preferred)
