DaVita is seeking a Dialysis Experienced Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. Key responsibilities include coordinating patient care plans and monitoring outcomes, supervising clinical staff including PCTs, ensuring safe compassionate dialysis delivery, building long-term relationships with patients and families, and working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Requirements

12+ months RN experience, including 6+ months Dialysis Experience with patient interaction in the last year
Current RN license and CPR certification
Charge RN readiness approval required
ADN required; BSN preferred
ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
CNN/CDN certification a plus
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
BLS Certification
