How you’ll make an impact in this role

Champion individualized care by implementing and monitoring comprehensive care plans, ensuring every intervention is clinically precise and focused on achieving superior patient outcomes. Lead a seamless patient experience by acting as the primary point of coordination across all disciplines, ensuring that care is well-integrated and communication remains constant. Drive safety and clinical excellence by accurately interpreting and carrying out medical orders, serving as a vigilant partner in the execution of the patient’s overall treatment strategy.

Empower a successful recovery by collaborating with the care team to assess discharge needs, ensuring patients and their families are fully prepared and confident for their transition home.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
