About this role
Staff RN position at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Network. 0.75 FTE, 12 hour night shifts. CICU experience preferred; ideally greater than 2 years but not required. Responsibilities include organizing patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis, utilizing nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process, collaborating with nursing team for quality improvement, fostering learning environment, and advocating for ethical and holistic care.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within 5 years from hire date
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
- Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL)
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification as required by facility or department
- Certification in specialty area preferred
- One year of experience in acute care setting preferred
- PICU experience
