About this role
Registered Nurse position in the 5W Cardiac Progressive Care Unit at Sharp Grossmont Hospital. Night shift, full-time. Provides direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families in a Magnet-recognized hospital. Involves clinical advancement, clinical judgment and decision making, clinical leadership, and nurse-patient/family relationship management. 12-hour shifts with weekend requirements every other weekend.
Requirements
Graduate of nursing school
1 Year clinical experience (RNs with less than 12 months experience will complete the new grad requirements)
California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing - REQUIRED
AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association - REQUIRED
