About the employer
What we can stand behind right now is mainly the place on the map: the employer is tied to that town and state, not to a long list of published unit or pay details. Pay from our postings is not…
On your path
Hospice is a specialty you move into. Med surg, oncology, or home health is the usual door in.
Worth asking
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
- Can you walk me through differentials?
- What should I expect for weekly hours, weekend, holiday, and call?
- What ongoing unit support is included?
- How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
