Surgery Center of Columbia, a leading outpatient surgical facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and service-oriented environment, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Pre-Op/ PACU Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Pre-Op/Post-Op Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth surgical operations.

Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse at Surgery Center of Columbia

The RN has the responsibility to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for the pre or post-surgical patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. He / she ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care. The RN cares for all ages from 1 month to geriatric.

Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. Active RN license in the state. ACLS Required Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment. Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit. Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
