About this role
Alliance Care Specialists is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a medically fragile pediatric patient in the home setting.
Location: Fayette County, GA Pay: $53+ per hour
Schedule
As soon as possible Language: Spanish + English required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home
- Monitor the patient's condition and respond to changes in health status
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Follow individualized care plans and physician orders
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with the patient's family and clinical team
- Provide compassionate, professional care to the child and family
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Georgia RN license
- Spanish and English fluency required
- Pediatric nursing experience required
- Experience caring for medically fragile children preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
- Must be available to start as soon as possible
