Overview

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans, ensuring safety and compliance.

• Assist in delivering care according to established policies, prioritizing patient needs, and coordinating daily patient flow.

• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing health education, and communicating with families and staff.

• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals for quality and satisfaction.

• Maintain professional licenses, pursue ongoing education, and contribute to a positive work environment through mentorship and teamwork.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.

• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).

• Required certifications include BLS.

• Experience in direct patient care preferred.

• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
