Baylor Schedule
- *Every Saturday & Sunday*
- *12-hour night shifts: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM*

Responsibilities
As an RN or LPN on our nursing team, you will
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
- Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as appropriate.
- Follow established nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and changes in resident condition.
- Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide excellent care.
Qualifications
- Current *Alabama RN or LPN license* in good standing.
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
- Ability to provide safe and effective nursing care in a skilled nursing environment.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but *not required*.
