About this role
Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) in Clyde, NC. We provide private duty nursing in Buncombe and surrounding counties now. Angels of Care has been caring for the medically fragile community across the nation since 2000. Nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families.
Job duties include focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, conduct on-going patient care and assessments, administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, coordination of care, educate family members on patient clinical care, and preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
