LPN Job Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced LPN who
Holds an active LPN License (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Has a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a home health, clinic, facility, hospice, or related setting
Has experience working with patients with complex medical needs
Possesses a reliable, compassionate, and professional work ethic
Is experienced with electronic medical records
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can work independently and as part of a team
Can create reports
LPN Job Responsibilities
As an LPN at Butterfly Home Care, you will be responsible for
Providing direct nursing care to clients in their homes
Developing and implementing individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical history
Communicating regularly with physicians, family members, and other healthcare professionals
Writing a comprehensive daily report
