About this role
Registered Nurse Navigator position in Outpatient Oncology at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare. Ensures timely and efficient patient referrals and transitions throughout the continuum of care from diagnosis to treatment to survivorship. Responsible for management of resources and services through interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Reports to RN/Nurse Manager. Full-time day shift position.

Requirements
- RN
- Associate degree in nursing (required)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
- Two (2) years of clinical care, case management, or navigation experience (required)
- Five (5) years of related specialty care (preferred)
- Florida registered nurse (RN) license (required)
- Specialty Certification i.e. Oncology (preferred)
