Behavioral Health Nurse-RN

Provide comprehensive Behavior Health services to support residents' full potential during their stay at the Nursing Home. Coordinate care delivery and conduct reviews of services to determine appropriate level of care utilizing standardized testing measures as well as safe, clinically appropriate care. Provide pre-admission and concurrent reviews for Behavioral Health levels of care and coordinate daily administrative and clinical operations. RN experience with behavioral health/Psych experience preferred. On call rotation. Rounding with psych NP working with behaviors developing behavioral care plans implementing the care plans staff training with behaviors monitored all psych medications and doing the appropriate documentation.
