What You’ll Do
As a CNA at Country Aire, you’ll be an important part of our residents’ daily lives. You’ll provide hands-on care while helping residents feel safe, respected, comfortable, and valued.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing compassionate, person-centered care to residents
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Assisting with transfers, positioning, ambulation, and mobility
- Answering call lights promptly and responding to resident needs
- Assisting residents with meals, dining, and hydration
- Taking and recording vital signs and other assigned measurements
- Observing residents and reporting changes in condition to the nurse
- Providing comfort, companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Following infection prevention, safety, and facility procedures
- Protecting resident privacy, dignity, and rights
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the care team
- Working together with the entire team to provide excellent resident care

Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in the State of Missouri
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain as required
- Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
