What You’ll Do

As a CNA at Country Aire, you’ll be an important part of our residents’ daily lives. You’ll provide hands-on care while helping residents feel safe, respected, comfortable, and valued.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Providing compassionate, person-centered care to residents
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
  • Assisting with transfers, positioning, ambulation, and mobility
  • Answering call lights promptly and responding to resident needs
  • Assisting residents with meals, dining, and hydration
  • Taking and recording vital signs and other assigned measurements
  • Observing residents and reporting changes in condition to the nurse
  • Providing comfort, companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
  • Following infection prevention, safety, and facility procedures
  • Protecting resident privacy, dignity, and rights
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the care team
  • Working together with the entire team to provide excellent resident care

Qualifications

  • Current CNA certification in the State of Missouri
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain as required
  • Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
