Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Required
- Minimum of 5 years RN work experience - Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN State of Pennsylvania
- Experience in Clinical Risk and Patient Safety
- Familiarity with the MCARE Act of 2002 and PA-PSRS
- Proficiency in Tableau, Midas, Excel, Word, and Acrobat Reader
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to patient safety
- Skills: Organizing, Teamwork, Computer Literacy, Clinical Skills, Communication, Working Independently, Critical Thinking
