The facility offers short term rehabilitation services including physical, speech and occupational therapy, as well as long term skilled care for those that might need that service. Senatobia Healthcare & Rehab is currently recruiting for a licensed nurse for medication administration and unit charge responsibility at our long term care facility in Senatobia, Mississippi for a Weekend Baylor position.

duties

  • Medication Administration
  • Monitoring patients and completing ongoing assessments of their physical and mental health
  • Administering medications and injections and keeping complete records of these activities
  • Communicating with patients’ families about condition of the patient and their care
  • Updating patient charts and recording observations of their condition
  • Communicating concerns about patient’s overall health, treatment, etc. to the medical team
  • CNA oversight
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be kind
  • Must have a valid State of Mississippi Nursing License
  • Must pass a criminal background check required by the licensing agency
  • Long term care experience preferred but not required
  • One year experience as a Licensed Nurse is preferred
  • Must have valid CPR
  • Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is preferred but not required
