Maxim Healthcare in Atwater, CA is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with an adult patient dependent on G-Tube, Trach, and Ventilator care.
Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
