This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a Critical Care Step Down Unit. The RN will collaborate with healthcare team members to manage a diverse patient population, including those with congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis.
Key Responsibilities

Perform EKG interpretation and manage central lines
Administer rescue Bi-Pap, high flow oxygen, trach/vent care
Assist with bedside procedures such as endoscopies and bronchoscopies
Utilize critical thinking, delegate tasks, and manage time effectively
Work with Patient Care Nursing Assistants, interns, providers, PT, and OT
Qualifications & Skills

Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in Ohio
Current BLS certification; ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience and all certifications upon hire
Preferred: BSN and professional certification recognized by the Magnet designation
