About this role

Mds/pdpm RN

Wages are negotiable

To plan, organize, and direct the MDS/PDPM process in accordance with the federal and state standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility.

Responsibilities

Monitor and document the management of the Medicare and Managed Care residents in collaboration with facility team members. Maintain and update schedules of MDS’s. Oversee the coordination and participate in the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS, CAA’s and Care Plan) Assist in completion of the Resident Assessment with the Interdisciplinary Team. Assure that MDS, RAI process and Care plans are completed and transmitted timely. Assist in audits, denials and ADRs as requested by CES.

Qualifications

Valid license as an RN in the state of Florida 1+ years of nursing experience in similar setting. 6+ months of experience as a MDS Coordinator. RAC-CT or RNAC preferred.
