Deliver compassionate, direct nursing care by following evidence-based protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.

Drive the patient’s recovery journey by implementing and continuously adapting personalized care plans that respond to their evolving needs.

Champion seamless communication by monitoring and sharing vital patient updates with the care team, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Lead as the primary care coordinator, aligning doctors, specialists, and support staff to provide unified and holistic patient experience.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Additional Preferences

• Procedural nursing experience strongly preferred

• 2+ years of nursing experience

• Operating Room, ICU or Emergency Room experience strongly preferred
